St. Patricks Day/Mint Cake

Ingreds:
1 white cake mix
creme de menthe liquor
chocolate frosting
tub of cool whip
green food coloring, if desired

Mix cake mix, substituting all liquid for creme de menthe. Bake as usual. Frost once cooled with chocolate frosting. In cool whip container, mix together cool whip (light works great) with more creme de menthe until desired flavor/consistency. spread over chocolate frosting.

Add green coloring to both cake batter/cool whip mixture for green!
