White Wine/Onion Sauce

Heat a skillet over medium after coating with cooking spray. Saute 1/3 c. chopped onion for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/2 c. broth, 1/4 c dry white wine, and 2 tb white wine vinegar. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced greatly (5ish minutes). Remove from heat, stir in 2 tb butter and 2 tsp freshly chopped chives. Awesome on chicken!
