Liz’s Chinese Cabbage Salad

I think Liz got this off the internet. It is delicious!

16 oz. pack coleslaw shopping list
3 oz ramen noodles, crushed and toasted
10 oz cashews/sesame seeds, toasted
1 bunch scallions
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tblsp soy sauce

mix together all salad ingredients
in a seperate bowl blend well the dressing ingredients
pour dressing over salad when ready to serve.

Kelcy – I make a variation with the bagged broccoli slaw mix (found next to the coleslaw mix), sunflower seeds and almonds. I also mix them all up and chill in the fridge for an hour. So good in the summer!
