Pasta Pomodoro

3 medium tomatoes, chopped (or one canned)
1/3 cup chopped basil leaves
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz cooked pasta
3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Mix everything but the pasta together while cooking your pasta. Stir the mixture in with cooked pasta. That’s it! So fresh for summer
