Raw Vegan Caesar Salad and Dressing

1 cup vegenaise

1.5 tsp Dijon

1 clove garlic

1 tb water

1.5 tsp lemon juice

1 tb olive oil

1.5 tb nutritional yeast

salt and pepper to taste.

 

To serve, pour over romaine leaves! Yum.
